We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heyroon purchase. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we guarantee replacements for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@heyroon.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to the handmade nature of our art, all sales are final except in cases of damage during shipping.
